Broker of Record
Brad has been serving this community in Real Estate for more than 37 years, acquiring his Real Estate License in 1986 as a Salesperson and then later his Broker’s License in 1993. In 1997, Brad also acquired his MVA designation making him a certified Market Value Appraiser. He has been involved within the real estate community, serving as a past board of director for the K-W Real Estate Board. In 2005, Brad purchased the company from the founder, Ron Thur, and became the Broker of Record. He has been married to his wife Leigh for 35 years and has become a very proud grandfather from both of his children, and has strong roots in the local community. Brad has been an active member of the Elmira Lions Club since 1992, as well as being a lifelong member at Bethel Mennonite Church in Elora, where he has held various roles over the years. He takes pride in having frequent repeat clients over the years, and now, his client’s children. Brad’s clients know that he will give his honest opinion regarding their move, as he is guided by a strong ethical belief and desire to ensure satisfaction with every client he deals with.

Shelly joined the office team in February 2019. She has resided in Elmira with her husband and 2 sons for the past 25 years. Shelly oversees all the administrative functions in the office and ensures that all transactions are processed in a smooth and timely fashion.
